Paying it Forward
If you have found your way to my blog (or follow me on social media), perhaps you already know of my success in real estate. Long story short: I come from a modest background and was able to find success in the real estate market after going through many trials and tribulations. This being the case, I strongly believe in giving back as often as possible. Being successful, I wish not only to share advice and thoughts for future startups and entrepreneurs (thus the purpose of the blog), but I also wish to give back to the community (thus the purpose of this page).
Call me a softie, but when I see so much need in our own back yard, I want to do whatever I can to ease the pain and struggles of others. Anyone can fall on hard times and I like to think we should all help each other. That is why I have decided to share my wealth with those who could truly benefit from it. As I now call southern Florida my home, I would like to start with those living in the area from Fort Lauderdale to Miami who are 65 years of age and older. I realize that many people above the age of 65, especially those in real need, do not often have access to a computer or perhaps even basic computer skills—this is where I will rely on you, my friends and visitors, to nominate someone and share his/her story and help spread the word so that together we can have a great impact and help our cherished neighbors, friends and family. In the days to come, I will outline how exactly I plan to do this and will publish details here for all to see.
